As a teacher you want the best out of the kids you teach. After all, it's your job to see that each student does his or her best whilst under your supervision. The problem arises when you are in charge of a class with maybe up to nearly thirty pupils. There's only so much time in the day you can spend with them and even then you probably don't get everything done that you initially intended.
We all know some students aren't as quick to pick things up as others and those are the students that may need a bit more attention, right? But when you're faced with up to thirty students you can't afford to take that much time out and it's unfortunate because at the end of the day - it's not the students fault.
